Vivian Foley Belton

Vivian Joyce Foley Belton, 91, of Rockingham, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Hospice Haven in Rockingham.

Mrs. Belton was born June 17, 1931 in Patrick County, VA, a daughter of the late John Lewis and Nora Jane Wyatt Foley. She was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from Basset Walker Division of Vanity Fair. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Belton and a grandson, Donovan Young.

Surviving are her daughter, Linda Young (David); grandson, Christopher Young (Laura); 5 great grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Hess and sisters-in-law, Pat Tolson (Bruce) and Lorene Hazelwood.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, April 21, 2023 at Richmond County Memorial Park with Pastor David Lee officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
