Virginia Ashleigh Watts

Virginia “Ashleigh” Watts, 40, passed away unexpectedly at her home Monday, March 25, 2019. A native of Richmond County, she was born March 8, 1979, the daughter of the late Ramona Haywood and Michael Watts. Although Ashleigh had worked a number of jobs, she was primarily a homemaker taking care of her family.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her three children, Michael Dylan Seals, Benjamin Hunter Seals and Elizabeth “Mikayla” Seals; her special friend of 25 years and fiance’, Ricky Lynn Seals; one brother, Michael Joseph Haywood; plus numerous other family and friends who will miss her dearly.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 31,  at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. Marcia McQueen officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. A private interment will be held at Haywood Cemetery
