Teresa Carroll Bullard

  Teresa Carroll Bullard, 41, of Rockingham passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Hospice Haven. She was born on December 27, 1975 in Orange  County a daughter of Kay Paul Carroll and the late Jerry Franklin Carroll.   Surviving are her children Chaselyn Bullard and Brenon Bullard of Rockingham; mother Virginia Kay Carroll of Rockingham; grandson, Kaden Bullard of Rockingham; brother Jason Carroll (Hilda) of Ellerbe; and sister Marsha Davis (Marty) of Rockingham.   Funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Monday at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe with Reverend Tim Hawks officiating. Burial will follow in Ellerbe Cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 pm at the funeral home prior to the service and other times at the home.   Condolences may be made online at www.carterfuneral.net .    The family request memorials be made to Hospice of Richmond County, 1119 N.
