Sylvia Wagner Leviner, 60, of Rockingham, passed away on Friday August 7, 2026 at her home. She was born on September 20, 1965, in Richmond County to the late Fred Wagner and Bonnie Caulder Wagner.

Sylvia spent many years working at Wal-Mart in the money center. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband of 44 years, Rodney Leviner of the home; daughters: Rachel Comer (Jeremy) and Regina Leviner; grandchildren: Braden Leviner, Kalaisha Ralphs and Kendra Cravens; brother David and Sister Mary.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday August 12, 2026 from 9:45 am to 10:45 am at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am in the Carter Funeral Home Colonial Chapel. Burial will be at Richmond County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Richmond County Animal Shelter or The American Cancer Society.
