Sharla Marcel Lee, a devoted homemaker known for her kindness and loving nature, passed away on April 26, 2024, in Rockingham, North Carolina. She was born on December 21 1957, to her beloved parents David and Gwen Lee.

Throughout her life, Sharla found joy in the simple pleasures - watching TV shows that brought warmth to her heart and planting vibrant flowers in her garden, creating a sanctuary of beauty and peace. Her high school education provided her with a strong foundation, but it was her inherent compassion and sweet personality that truly defined her.

Beyond her role as a homemaker, Sharla's interests extended to reading books, a hobby that allowed her to explore new worlds and perspectives. These moments of quiet reflection were dear to her heart and added depth to her already rich inner world.

Sharla will be deeply missed by her surviving family and friends. She is survived by her son Brian Wilder, daughters Jamie Scarborough and Sheri Williams, along with nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren who brought immense pride and joy into her life. Additionally, she leaves behind her sisters Sheri and Christi who shared countless memories with their dear sister.

In the tapestry of life, Sharla's thread may have come to an end, but the love she shared with those around her will continue to weave its way through the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the beauty of the flowers she so tenderly cultivated.

Forever in our hearts.
