Sandra Warren McDonald

Sandra Kay McDonald, 80, of Rockingham, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024 at her home. 

 Mrs. McDonald was born May 20, 1944 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late James Warren and Mildred Dutton Warren Wrape. She worked as a waitress for most of her life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon B. McDonald, Jr. and siblings, Donna Warren, Joann (Froncie) Duehring and Jim Warren. 

 Surviving are her children, Pam McDonald Morgan, Darrell McDonald (Rhonda), Tony McDonald; grandchildren, Heather Dawkins (Jessica), Ryan Knight (Megan), Sydney McDonald and Autumn McDonald; great granddaughter, Carlie Rae Knight; and brother, Jerry Warren (Sharon). Also surviving are sisters-in-law, Anita Warren and Brenda Martin; brothers-in-law, Robert Singletary and Raymond Duehring; special cousin, Linda Kelly and several nieces and nephews. 

 Celebration of life services will be announced at a later date.
