Ruby Brock Albright

Ruby Brock Albright, 93, of Rockingham, completed her earthly journey on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at her home.

Mrs. Albright was born March 15, 1931 in Cullman, Alabama, a daughter of the late General Calvin and Beulah Lou Blackmon Brock. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, shopping and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Louis Albright; children, James Daniel “Danny” Albright, Linda Albright Eanes, and Judy Albright Hoffman; grandchildren, LaHoma Eanes, Stacey Albright and Johnny Miller, Jr. son-in-law, Paul Hoffman and her 6 brothers and sisters.

Surviving are her children, Louis Dean Albright, Aleene Albright Green, and Betty Jo Albright Hudson (Allen); grandchildren, Crystal Lunceford (Dean), Kim Brigman (Ronn), Nickie Aycoth, Ginger Bailey (Lee), April Miller (Chris), and Jonathan Miller (Megan); ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild, son-in-law, Don Eanes, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will greet friends from 12:45 – 1:45 pm Wednesday at the church and at other times at the home.
