Our beloved “Pappy” enjoyed his garden and riding his tractor, watching birds, reading, and beating all of us in card games. He possessed enthusiastic sense of humor and known for his pranks. He taught us how to swim in the ocean, fish in the lake, drive his truck, and other necessary life skills.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan Colony, 136 Samaritan Dr., Rockingham, NC 28379
