Marion Talley McIntyre

Marion Lynette Talley McIntyre, 79, of Ellerbe passed peacefully in her sleep on Monday, November 9, 2020.

Mrs. McIntyre was born February 14, 1941 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Charles Bliss and Janie Ethel Brown Talley. She attended the Pee Dee Schools and enjoyed attending the Pee Dee Reunions. She was a homemaker, babysitter for many family members and friends and had a tremendous love for flowers. She loved her children, grandchildren and many others that she raised as her own. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Ray McIntyre, brother, Larry Talley and sister, Sarah Anne Bullard.

Surviving are her children, Pam McInnis (Robert), Phyllis Collins (Robin), Ronnie McIntyre (Melissa), Mike McIntyre (Christy), Ken McIntyre (Lucy), Bobby McIntyre (Kelly),Melissa Seagraves (Tony), and Jamie McIntyre; 20 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brothers, Charles Talley and Tommy Talley and her special companions, Moo-Moo and Tinkerbell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews including Allen “Tilley” Shankle, Carol “Susie” Cooke, Mike Bullard, Randy Bullard, Tony Bullard and Dean Bullard.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Saturday at Ellerbe Cemetery with Rev. Corey Brewington officiating. Face coverings are required, please remember to social distance and bring a lawn chair for the service.
