Leonard Eugene Miller

Leonard Eugene “Len” Miller, 56, of Rockingham, passed away Monday, June 8, 2026 at Pruitt Health.

Len was born January 8, 1970 in Richmond County, the son of the late Leonard and Alice Sale Miller. He worked with FirstHealth Richmond Memorial as a Phlebotomist, CNA and in the cafeteria. He was a huge fan of Elvis Pressley, knew all of his songs and loved playing and singing them. He loved the fact that he and Elvis shared the same birthday. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandparents, James Henry and Ola Marie Short Sale, and his uncles, Jimmy, Paul and Justin Sale.

Surviving are his aunt and caregiver, Amy Sale; aunts Trusia Parker and Gina Davis, his step-grandmother, Barbara Ann Sale, several cousins and many friends who loved him.

Friends and family are welcome to drop by Amy’s home where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 6:00 pm.
