Katherine Odessa Elmore

Katherine Odessa Elmore, 80, of Rockingham, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Hospice Haven.

Ms. Elmore was born October 22, 1941 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Richard A. and Vivian Bland Hasty Elmore. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church and previously worked with Richmond Yarns.

Surviving are her daughter, Brenda Parson of Rockingham; grandchildren, Tanner Parson and Cody Parson; great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Jackson and Cali; sisters, Emily Bennett, Patricia Smith and Ruth Covington and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at Midway Baptist Church on Sunday, January 23rd, at 3:30 PM. After the service a small family gathering will be held at Eastside Cemetery for interment of ashes.
