Jon Fredrick Vinroot

Jon Fredric Vinroot, 64, of Candor, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. 

Mr. Vinroot was born February 9, 1959 in Mecklenburg County, a son of the late Fred William and Lee Warner Vinroot. He worked with the State of North Carolina Environmental Services for many years prior to his retirement. 

Surviving are his siblings, Paul David Vinroot (Nancy) and Susan Vinroot Seeger; nieces and nephews, Adam Funari, Sara Vinroot Bunting (Mark), Peter Daniel Vinroot (Kathleen), Andrew James Vinroot and John Mark Vinroot; great nieces and nephews, McKenna, Blake, Weston, Eli and Cora Bunting, and Lee and Maggie Vinroot and dear friends Jeff and Jill Vuncannon.

Services will be held privately at a later date.
