Joanne Hall White

Joanne Lee Hall White, 75, of Ellerbe, NC was called home Friday January 24, 2020. Joanne was born March 17th, 1944 in Vass, NC to William and Allie Gray Hall. She worked many years in textile and hosiery including at Clayson Hosiery Mill. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 50 years, Thomas W. White, her daughter Alesia Ann White, two sisters Mary Frances Kaufman and Carol Hall, her brother Bill Hall, and her granddaughter Jennifer Freeman. She is survived by three sons Frank(Ronda) Nicoletti of Biscoe, NC, Steve(Lisa) NIcoletti of Rockingham, NC and Kenneth White of Ellerbe, NC; her brothers Brent Hall of Flint, MI, and Jerry Hall of Vass, NC and a sister Nancy Kennedy of Sanford, NC; she has ten grandchildren, Frank Nicoletti II, Mallory Nicoletti, Matthew Nicoletti, Samantha Grant, Steven Nicoletti, Kristie Hughes, Amber White, Joseph Henne, Emily White, and Thomas White as well as seventeen great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and family who will dearly miss her vibrant smile and personality.

A visitation for family and friends will be held this Sunday, February 2nd, 2020 at Carter's Funeral Home in Rockingham, NC from 3 pm until 5 pm.
