Jimmy "Al" Allison Horne, Jr.

Jimmy Allison “Al” Horne, Jr., 52, of Rockingham, passed away at his home on Monday September 21, 2026.

He was born on July 12, 1974 in Richmond County to Jimmy Allison Horne Sr. and Debra Dawkins Harrell.

Al regularly attend Timbers Crossing FWB, where he enjoyed fellowship with his church family. He had a great sense of humor and loved his family. He loved watching the Dallas Cowboys as a lifelong fan.

Al was preceded in death by his grandparents Steve and Annie Horne, Clifford and Geneva Hatcher, and John and Emma Sellers; his cousin and best friend Tony Fields.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children: Zane Horne and Anthony Seth Horne; his fiancé Sommer Fields; his father Jimmy Horne Sr. and wife Betty, his mother Debra Harrell and husband Pete; sister Bonnie Brigman and husband Christian, and many extended family members.
