Jewell Quick Paul, 74, of Ellerbe, passed away Friday, May 6, 2022 at Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital – Richmond Campus.

Mrs. Paul was born June 15, 1947 in Richmond County, daughter of the late Hal M. and Zeda Mae Sessoms Quick. She was a member of Ellerbe First Presbyterian Church and enjoyed going to church as long as her health allowed. She worked in textiles for many years and also at A Stitch Above in Ellerbe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, William Edward Paul, an infant son, David Bryan Paul and a brother, John Quick.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sonya and Martin Bridges; brother, Delano Quick and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Ellerbe First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Stan Layton officiating. Interment will follow in Ellerbe Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:45 am-12:45 pm Tuesday at the church.
