James Roscoe Martin

James Roscoe Martin, 80 of Rockingham, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2020 at his home.

Mr. Martin was born April 1, 1940 in Richmond County, a son of the late Henry Woodrow Martin and Dorothy Faye Brogden Martin Calber. He had worked as a painter and construction worker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Tony Martin and a brother, Henry W. Martin, Jr..

Surviving are his children, Sandra Leviner, Rachel Perhealth and Kenneth Martin; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren and a brother Roy Martin.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
