Ida Tarlton McDonald

Ida Lee Tarlton McDonald, 96, of Rockingham, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. McDonald was born October 27, 1924 in Richmond County,  a daughter of the lateSamuel and Lela Lassiter Tarlton.  She had retired from Klopman Mills. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Levan McDonald, daughter, Myrtle Lee McDonald, son, Mitchell Levan McDonald, brother, Raymond Tarlton and sister, Nellie Mae James.

Surviving are her daughter, Barbara Sue Craddock; son-in-law, Clyde Thompson; 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held privately at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
