Dennis Ray Singletary

Dennis Ray Singletary 69, of Rockingham passed away on February 17, 2021. He was born on March 17, 1951 in Richmond County a son of the late Elmer and Gladys Melton Singletary.  

A Memorial service will be at 4:00 pm Sunday, February 21, 2021 at SonShine Valley Church with the Reverend Steven Millen officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Sunday from 3:00 until 4:00 PM.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by, son Ronnie Singletary, brothers, Eugene Singletary and Richard Singletary.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Alber Fay singletary; son, Dennis Ray Singletary, Jr. (Crystal) of Kentucky; daughter Candy Martin(Adam) of Hamlet; grandchildren, Adam Martin, Jr.(Meghan), Kali Wood(Dakota) Chase Singletary, Catherine Sessom great-grandchildren, Addi, Eligh and London; his siblings, Bobby Singletary, Roger Singletary, Nancy Millen, Gail Singletary, Donald Singletary and his canine companions, Coconut and Regal.
