Cynthia Daugherty Williams

Cynthia Daugherty Williams, 60, of Rockingham, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 at Hospice Haven in Rockingham.

Cynthia was born January 31, 1958 in Lowell, MA, a daughter of the late Charles Alva and Joan Lillian Iby Daugherty. She was a member of the Church of Christ and had worked as a secretary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Daugherty.

Surviving are her husband, Wesley Williams of the home; brother, Chuck Daugherty of Houston, TX and sisters, Kelley Apgar of  Stroudsburg, PA and Donna Brooks of Waynesville, NC.

A service to celebrate her life will be at 11am Saturday at the Boyd Lake Road Church of Christ in Hamlet with Wesley Williams officiating.

The family will see friends following the service at the church.
