Charles Edgar Bullard

Charles Edgar Bullard, 80, of Cordova passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC. Charles was born on March 2,  1942 in Richmond County, the son of the late Luther Monroe and Willa Frances Scott Bullard. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, worked in textiles, loved to hunt and fish and was a great cook.

He is survived by his wife, Lucille Carpenter Bullard; daughters, Kim Maness, Robin Carpenter; grandchildren, Paige Maness, Shannon McCormick, Savannah Collins, Olivia Carpenter, Tracey Maness; and one great grandchild Brooklyn Collins.

Funeral service will be on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 3:00 pm in the Colonial Chapel of Carter Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends and family on Monday from 1:45- 2:45 at the funeral home and other times at the home.
