Brenda Tilley Gainey

Brenda Kay Tilley Gainey, 72 of Rockingham, NC passed away at her home on Monday, July 26, 2021.

She was born on March 17, 1949 in Richmond County a daughter of the late Jerald Turner Tilley and Adele Marie Maner Tilley. She was retired from von Drehle . She loved her pets and her beach trips with her boy friend Mitchell Orr.

She is survived by her son, James R. “Rick” Martin Jr.. daughter-in-law Michelle L. Martin, seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one on the way; brother Jerry Tilley and many family and friends that will truly miss her.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 30, 2021 in Richmond County Memorial Park. The family will greet friends following the service.
