Bobbie Prevatte Gregory

Bobbie Lillian Prevatte Gregory, 84, of Rockingham, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Pruitt Healthcare in Rockingham.

Mrs. Gregory was born August 9, 1933 in Anson County, a daughter of the late Robert and Gertrude Millen Prevatte. She had been employed in textiles and as a cook. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil P. Gregory, a son, Gary Gregory, a brother, Floyd Prevatte and a sister, Ethel Craven.

Surviving are her children, Robert Gregory of Rockingham, Janet Gregory of Batesburg, SC, and Keith Gregory of Rockingham; 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and a sister, Shirley Stevens of Rockingham. 

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2pm Friday, January 5, 2018 at Highland Acres Church of God with Rev. Mark Shuler and Rev. Joey Byrd officiating. Inurnment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park.

The family will greet friends from 12:45 to 1:45 pm Friday at the church.
