Betty Wolfe, 72, of Rockingham, passed away peacefully on Sunday August 9, 2026 at Quail Haven of Pinehurst.

Betty was born on November 11, 1953 in Newport, Tennessee. She spent her younger yeas in the mountains before relocating to Rockingham. She was a baker who loved being in the kitchen. She also enjoyed gardening.

Surviving are her daughter Tonya Roscoe; grandchildren: Matthew Brian Strickland, Dustin Jack Burr and Christopher Frank Strickland; and great grandchildren Aria and Georgia.

At her wishes no formal services will be held.
