Anthony Eugene Clark

Anthony Eugene Clark, 38, of Hamlet, completed his earthly journey on Thursday, June 3, 2021.

Anthony was born May 5, 1983, in Anson County, a son of Gene Clark and Gail Brigman Cox. He had worked in construction, as an auto mechanic and most recently with Perdue. He was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Clark.

Surviving are his wife, Tara Gomez Clark; children, Katelynn Gomez-Chavis (Shane), Madison Lassiter, Bladyn Gomez, Jase Clark, step-children, Braxton Jenks, Kyle Jenks, Kathryn Roller and Shug Roller; parents, Gene Clark (Eva) and Gail Cox (Greg); brother, Allen Clark (Laura); sister, Sandra Ott; and nieces and nephews, Alex Clark, Tyler Poplin, Alexis Butler, Stephanie Elliott, Gabe Elliott.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Monday at Richmond County Memorial Park.

The family will greet friends from 12:30 – 1:30 pm Monday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham.
