Ann McIntyre McFayden

Ann McIntyre McFayden, 68, of Ellerbe, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

Mrs. McFayden was born January 25, 1952 in Moore County, a daughter of Virginia Brown McIntyre and the late James McIntyre. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Ellerbe, where she had served as church secretary. She had retired from Cerner Corporation.

Surviving are her husband, Donald McFayden; children, Kenny McFayden (Misty) and Amy Goins (Doug); grandchildren, Noah McFayden, Dillon Barbour, Caylie Barbour, Briar Goins and Skylar Goins; step-grandchildren, Jessie Goins and Jake Goins; mother, Virginia B. McIntyre and sisters, Betty Andrews, Cathy Thompson and Jamie Lariviere.

Graveside services will be at 2 pm Wednesday at Mount Carmel Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Preslar officiating.

Mrs. McFayden will lie in state from 3-5 pm Tuesday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham.
