Amanda "Mandy" Shepard Blue

Amanda “Mandy” Shepard Blue, 48, of Yadkinville, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Mandy was born July 27, 1972 in Scotland County, a daughter of the late Stephen James “Buddy” and Ada Delores Dawkins Shepard. She had been employed with Ferrell Gas for 21 years. Surviving are her husband Everett S. “Spergie” Blue, Jr.; daughter, Taylor Armstrong (Brandon); grandson, Mason Armstrong; step-children, Matthew Blue (Paige) and Madison McLaughlin (J.R.); step grandchildren, Cameron McLaughlin, Maddox Blue, and Mia McLaughlin; brother, Greg Shepard and sister Amber Shepard. A service to celebrate Mandy’s life will be at 11 am Friday, May 14, 2021 at Cobb Memorial Baptist Church with Odell Shepard officiating. The family will see friends following the service. Memorials may be made to the hospice of your choice.
