Ada Delores Dawkins Shepard

Delores Dawkins Shepard, 68, of Rockingham, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Woltz Hospice House in Dobson, NC.

Mrs. Shepard was born December 14, 1952 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Roy and Frances Blakely Dawkins. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church and a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband of 43 years, Stephen James “Buddy” Shepard.

Surviving are her children, Greg Shepard of Rockingham, Mandy Blue (Spergie) of Yadkinville and Amber Shepard of Rockingham; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held privately at Northam Cemetery.
