Beatrice Ingram

Mrs. Beatrice Mabe Ingram, 93, of 252 Jones Springs Church Rd., Ellerbe, died Thursday, December 28, 2006 at Rockingham Manor. Mrs. Ingram was born December 24, 1913 in Stokes County, a daughter of the late Gid and Dora Bennett Mabe. She was a member of Flinty Knoll Primative Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Ingram in 1996 and brothers, Hassell Mabe and Dewey Mabe Mrs. Ingram is survived by her sons, Robert J. Ingram and wife Betty of Rockingham, Roy Richard Ingram and wife Kathy of Darlington, SC, David Eugene Ingram and wife Barbara of Ellerbe; her daughter, Carol I. Williams and husband Ronnie of Ellerbe; brothers, Herbert Mabe and Watson Mabe, both of Ellerbe; a sister, Irene Meacham of Ellerbe; seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, December 30th at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe. Interment will follow in the Ellerbe Cemetery. The family will see friends Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home and at other times at the home on Jones Springs Church Rd.
