Ronald Loy Hamer Ronald “Ronnie” Loy Hamer, 58, of Rockingham, passed away on June 29, 2016 . Ronnie was born March 23, 1958 in Cheraw, SC a son of William Thomas Hamer and the late Roberta Dowd Hamer. Ronnie was a high school graduate and was a mechanic. Surviving are his father, William “Bill” Thomas Hamer of the home and numerous cousins. A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Eastside Cemetery in Rockingham, with Pastor Ken Griswold officiating.
